All our Macarons are made with these base ingredients –
Egg White
Almond Flour (Nuts)
Icing Sugar
Caster Sugar
Fillings are either Buttercream or Chocolate Ganache or a mixture of the two. Certain Flavours will also have other inclusions, see below. Flavourings, Colourings and other ingredients are sourced from some of the UK’s leading suppliers to the patisserie and restaurant industry.
Food Colouring is used sparingly and only enough for the desired effect. It may have an effect on the attention and activity in children. Macarons with no food colouring are marked (N)
Basic Buttercream (B) is made from Egg White, Caster Sugar and Unsalted Butter (Dairy).
Basic Ganache (G) is made from either White, Milk or Dark Chocolate and Cream (Dairy).
